Your
Responsibilities
Outsourced Software projects are always more
successful when the customer takes an active role in the process.
Your responsibilities include:

Working with us to formulate a
comprehensive and detailed list of requirements

Reviewing the Statement of Work to ensure
that it meets your goals and expectations

Assigning a project 'champion' that will
work as a counterpart to our project manager and act a single
point of contact to coordinate activities

Conducting weekly or as frequently as
necessary status meetings
-
Reviewing prototype, demos or milestone
deliverables to ensure they meet your expectations
-
Allocating necessary internal resources to
conduct acceptance tests
-
Upon completion of the project
- assigning
resources to participate in the training and knowledge
transfer
