Approval Workflow (Email Form)

This custom email message implements a generic approval workflow. Once a user in the workflow list approves the request, the message is automatically forwarded to the next person in the workflow list. To approve, the recipient needs to enter a password, click “Approve” or “Decline” and add comments explaining the decision. Once a request is declined, it goes back to the originator. The approval log (read-only) keeps track of each approval status and comments. Once the workflow is complete, a copy is sent to the originator and an Exchange public folder for tracking.
